Local Pastor Robbie Milner gave a message covering this verse a few years back, and through that message came our phrase “Walk With ME”. We as Christians are called to come together and unite as the body of Christ. We are to have fellowship with each other and we are called to bring others into that fellowship by introducing them to Christ. We are to walk with each other and support each other in times of sorrow and joy. That is the foundation of GAS. As a former student who attended GAS in the 90s, and later a youth pastor who helped lead GAS, my life was enriched and my walk with Jesus was strengthened through this ministry. It provided more community and more resources for my faith to be encouraged and grow. It impacted the Griffin area in ways that still are noticeable today. My prayer is that you will find Christ, community, and fellowship through Griffin Area Students.
